Jenny Liu

Jenny is an ACCA Certified Chartered Accountant with extensive expertise in accounting, governance, and regulatory compliance. She leads the company secretarial and accounting functions at Lantern Corporate Services, ensuring regulatory compliance for public companies, trust funds, and private enterprises. Jenny has led and participated in multiple IPO projects, providing both pre- and post-listing services in company secretarial, accounting and corporate finance for companies listing on the LSE and AQSE markets. Prior to this, Jenny gained valuable experience in accounting at Liberty Insurance Company and as an Assistant to the Director at an investment advisory firm in Edinburgh. She holds a Master of Economics from the University of Sheffield and is fluent in English and Mandarin.
